Delete your PetTrace account
This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication user record
- All pet profiles, photos, notes, and tag identifiers
- Plant scan history
- Recovery Advisor session logs
- Tractive credentials (if connected) — the integration is also disconnected on Tractive's side
- Affiliate click history and crash reports tied to your account
Backups roll off within 60 days. Any in-app Pro purchase remains tied to your Apple ID — if you reinstall, you can Restore Purchases in the new account.
