Running a store is busy enough. Most answers are below — if you're still stuck, email us and a human will help.
Email [email protected] with your question, your store name, your iPhone model, and the build number from Settings → About in the app. We respond within one business day.
Open Krate, tap the camera, and photograph any Direct Store Delivery invoice. Vision AI reads the SKUs, quantities, and unit costs and drops them into a reviewable list — no typing. Always glance over the extracted lines before saving; lighting, glare, or a crumpled invoice can occasionally throw off a digit. You can correct any field by tapping it.
Scan-Data Autopilot formats your weekly scan-data and submits it to manufacturer programs on your behalf, using the program credentials you enter. It logs every submission so you have a paper trail. You stay in control — Krate never invents numbers, and you can review what will be sent before each submission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data and for keeping your program enrollments in good standing.
Krate is free for the first 30 days with every feature unlocked. After the trial, Krate Pro is $99/month per store, billed through your Apple ID — no per-seat fees and no hidden overage charges. Multi-store and enterprise plans (cross-store dashboard, real-time POS, dedicated onboarding) are sold directly; email [email protected].
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Krate → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If you cancel during the 30-day trial you are not charged.
In the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that started the original subscription.
Yes. Krate is multi-store ready: add each location to your account and your invoices, compliance calendars, rebate pipeline, and scan-data stay scoped per store so nothing bleeds across locations. Billing is per active store. If you run several locations and want a cross-store dashboard, ask us about the Multi-Store plan.
Krate's compliance reminders are informational only. They're there to help you stay ahead of license renewals, program opt-in windows, and tobacco-retailer requirements, but you should always verify deadlines directly with the issuing authority (your state, locality, or the FDA). Krate is a productivity tool, not legal or regulatory advice.
Your invoice data and program credentials live in Google Firebase's encrypted infrastructure and are tied to your account. Scan-data submissions go out through your own credentials, on your behalf. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
No. Krate is independent third-party software from Finn Digital LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Altria, Reynolds American / RJR, ITG Brands, JUUL Labs, the FDA, the USDA, or any tobacco or CPG manufacturer. It simply helps you manage your own records and program submissions. See our Terms of Service for details.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent — your store records, invoices, and scan-data history are removed. If you'd rather we handle it for you, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
Email [email protected] with a description of what you tried, what happened, and what you expected. A screenshot of the screen — and the build number from Settings → About — helps us fix it fast. We respond within one business day.
