These Terms govern your use of the NatureFind iOS app, published by Finn Digital LLC. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You may create an account using Apple, Google, or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You retain full ownership of the reviews, sightings, trip reports, memories, photos, and other content ("User Content") you submit through NatureFind. You grant Finn Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, cache, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app.
You represent that your User Content (a) does not violate any third-party rights, (b) is accurate, (c) is not defamatory, harassing, or illegal, and (d) does not contain content you do not have the right to share.
When posting to reviews, community, or sightings you agree not to:
We may remove content that violates these rules and may restrict or terminate accounts for repeat or severe violations.
NatureFind Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Pro unlocks are tied to your Apple ID and restore across your iCloud devices via Profile → Restore Purchases.
Park data is sourced from the U.S. National Park Service (NPS), OpenStreetMap, Recreation.gov (RIDB), Google Places, NOAA weather, and similar public APIs. Finn Digital does not control the accuracy of third-party data. Always verify critical information (trail conditions, park closures, weather hazards) with the park authority before traveling.
NatureFind is a discovery and planning tool, not a navigation or safety device. Do not rely on NatureFind for emergency navigation. Always carry a physical map, inform someone of your plans, and exercise independent judgment when in the outdoors. Finn Digital is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app.
NatureFind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finn Digital's liability for any claim arising from your use of NatureFind is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (for free users: $0).
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your rights to use the app cease; provisions that by their nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations) remain in effect.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app with a banner; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
