By downloading, installing, or using CareFind ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. CareFind is operated by Finn Digital LLC.
CareFind is a healthcare provider discovery, cost-transparency, and personal-health-tracking app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and any provider listed in the app or between you and Finn Digital.
Provider records come from public federal databases (NPPES, CMS, NLM) and Google Places. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect at the source. Inclusion of a provider in CareFind is not an endorsement, recommendation, or vouch for that provider’s competence. You are responsible for confirming credentials, network status, and acceptance with the provider directly before scheduling care.
Cost Scout estimates are derived from public Medicare allowed amounts and adjustment factors. They are estimates only. Your actual out-of-pocket cost depends on your specific insurance plan, deductible status, network arrangement, the procedure code billed, and any negotiated rates between your insurer and the provider. CareFind is not responsible for cost variances between Cost Scout estimates and your actual bill.
CareFind+ and CareFind Family are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Free trial converts to a paid period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel any time via iPhone Settings › Subscriptions.
Provider names, hospital system marks, and clinic logos shown in CareFind are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. CareFind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any healthcare provider or system.
CareFind is provided "as-is" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finn Digital LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and announced in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
