By downloading or using Discipline Matters ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is published by Finn Digital LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on iOS devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
Plus is offered at $9.99/month, $59.99/year (with a 7-day free trial), or $149.99 one-time. Coach+ is $14.99/month. Family Plan is $24.99/month and shares Coach+ access with up to five family members through Apple Family Sharing.
Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy.
Discipline Matters is a wellness and habit-building app. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for medical advice, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise program, changing your diet, or relying on app-generated metrics for health decisions. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, talk to your doctor first.
The AI Coach output is generated by a large language model and may contain inaccuracies. Treat all suggestions as informational, not prescriptive.
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. Don't use the app to harass others or violate any law. Don't try to extract subscription content without paying for it. Don't impersonate other people in any cohort or community feature.
Voice journal entries, reflections, and notes you create stay on your device. You retain all rights to anything you create. We do not upload, view, or use your content.
If you participate in cohorts, your display name and progress count are visible to other cohort members (3–8 people). No other content is shared.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The app, including its design, code, content, recipe library, journey programs, and the "Discipline Matters" name and logo, is owned by Finn Digital LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Quoted material from third-party books is used under fair use for educational reference, with full attribution.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finn Digital LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Subscription cancellation is handled through Apple per Section 3.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
