EasyRealty Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 14, 2026. Applies to EasyRealty 1.0 and later on iOS.

Introduction

EasyRealty is published by Finn Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data the EasyRealty iOS app collects, how it is used, and your rights. EasyRealty is designed to be on-device first: your deals, clients, and signed contracts are stored on your device, not on our servers. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following is created and stored locally on your iPhone or iPad and is not transmitted to us:

• Deals, contacts & activity — your pipeline, CRM contacts, showings, tasks, and notes.
• Documents & signatures — contracts you create, scan, or import; signature and initial images; and the EasySign audit trail. Signed documents are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest and protected by iOS Data Protection.
• Property & financial entries — properties, mortgage calculations, and commission records you enter.

Data Used by Online Features

Some features query public or third-party services to show you information. Only the minimum needed for the request is sent:

• Location — when you grant access, used to find nearby properties and pre-fill addresses. It is used on-device and to query the mapping/data services below; we do not store your location on our servers.
• Mapping & address search — Apple MapKit, used for address autocomplete and maps.
• Market data — the U.S. Federal Reserve (FRED) for mortgage rates, the U.S. Census Bureau (ACS) for area demographics, and FEMA for flood-zone data. These receive a location or area query, not your identity.
• Subscriptions — handled by Apple's App Store via StoreKit. Apple processes payment; we receive your subscription status, not your card details.

EasySign & Your Contracts

EasySign processes and signs contracts on your device. Documents are not uploaded to a server to be signed. Signatures are captured locally, the document is hashed and cryptographically signed, and the result is stored encrypted with a tamper-evident audit trail. You control sharing — when you export or email a completed contract or its Certificate of Completion, it goes only where you send it.

Analytics & Diagnostics

EasyRealty may collect anonymized, aggregated usage and crash diagnostics to fix bugs and improve the app. These contain no contract contents and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Because your records live on your device, removing the app deletes them. You can also clear data from within the app's settings.
• Apple retains subscription/billing records under its own policies and financial regulations.

Your Rights

• Access & portability — your records are on your device; export a contract or its certificate at any time.
• Deletion — clear data in the app or delete the app to remove your local data.
• California (CCPA) — we do not sell personal information; you may request access or deletion by emailing us.
• EEA/UK (GDPR) — our lawful basis is contractual necessity (to provide the app) and legitimate interest (diagnostics). You may contact your local supervisory authority.

Children

EasyRealty is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Security

Network requests use TLS. Signed contracts and signature data are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and protected by iOS Data Protection. Encryption keys are stored in the iOS Keychain and never leave the device.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users in-app.
