EasyRealty Privacy Policy

What stays on your device

EasyRealty by Finn Digital LLC stores your CRM contacts, deals, properties, tasks, local scans and calculations on your device. Connecting an EasySign account does not automatically upload or synchronize those records. When you choose remote signing, the selected document and its recipient details are uploaded as described below.

EasySign accounts and remote signing

We store your account name, email address, account identifier and a password hash to authenticate you. We do not store your plain-text password. For remote signing, our service stores the selected PDF, recipient names and email addresses, signature and initials images, document identifiers, signing status, consent, timestamps, IP addresses and browser/device information used for the audit trail. A contract may contain addresses, phone numbers, financial details and other information you or your clients include. Upload only documents you are authorized to share.

How documents are protected and shared

Network connections use HTTPS/TLS. Local signed documents and remote contract payloads use AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Local keys are kept in the iOS Keychain; service keys are managed separately in Google Cloud Secret Manager. Our authorized service processes documents to display them to recipients and produce signed PDFs. This is not end-to-end encryption that excludes the service. Device biometrics stay with iOS; EasyRealty receives only the authentication result.

Signing links and recipients

You choose who receives a signing link through the iOS share sheet. Anyone holding an active link can access the document for that recipient, so share it only with the intended person. Links expire and pending requests can be revoked. A link does not independently verify the recipient’s identity. Recipients can keep copies they download; deleting your account cannot remove those copies. EasySign uses our own signing pipeline and does not require DocuSign.

Online services and payments

Google Cloud hosts account records, encrypted contract data, backups and service operation logs in the United States. Apple handles purchases through the App Store; EasyRealty receives subscription status, not card details. Apple mapping/geocoding and public data services including the FCC, U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA and FRED may receive location, address or area queries when you use their features. Optional MLS connections send queries to the provider you configure. Sharing through another app is governed by that app’s privacy practices.

Diagnostics and advertising

We use service health metrics and security logs to operate and protect EasySign. Signing events and network/browser information are retained with the document’s audit evidence. We do not sell personal data, use contract contents for advertising, or use them to train AI models. This version includes no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDK. Apple may provide diagnostics you choose to share under its own settings.

Retention and account deletion

Local records remain until you erase them in the app or remove the app. Remote documents and signing evidence remain with your EasySign account, including after a link expires. To delete the account, open Profile → Settings → Delete EasySign Account, save the copies you need, and confirm with your password. Deletion removes the account and its owned records from the active service and invalidates its signing links. Restricted recovery backups expire under their retention schedule, normally 14 days. Deleting an account does not erase local exports or recipients’ copies and does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account.

Your choices and requests

Use local features without an EasySign account, decline location/camera/photo permissions, export completed PDFs and certificates, revoke pending signing links, erase local data or delete your EasySign account. Export required records before deletion; local encrypted records use device-only keys and are excluded from device backups. For account access, correction, deletion or privacy requests, contact [email protected]. Requests from recipients can be matched to the relevant document owner. Rights and any lawful retention requirements depend on your location and circumstances.

Children and policy changes

EasyRealty is intended for adult real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied data. We will update this policy’s date when practices change and provide an in-app notice when appropriate.
