EasyRealty Terms of Service

Effective date: June 14, 2026. Applies to EasyRealty 1.0 and later on iOS.

Acceptance

By downloading or using EasyRealty (the "App"), published by Finn Digital LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the more protective term for you controls for that issue.

What EasyRealty Is

EasyRealty is a productivity tool for real-estate professionals: a deal pipeline, CRM, property and mortgage tools, and EasySign, an in-app electronic-signature feature for real-estate documents. EasyRealty is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any real-estate brokerage, association, MLS, government agency, or the providers of any data source it displays.

EasySign & Electronic Signatures

EasySign helps you prepare, route, sign, and retain electronic signatures on purchase contracts and related real-estate documents under the U.S. ESIGN Act and state UETA (New York: ESRA). You acknowledge and agree that:

• EasySign is not a notary or notarization service. Documents that must be notarized or recorded (for example, deeds) may require a notary, Remote Online Notarization, and/or tangible paper recording, and are outside EasySign's scope.
• EasySign is not intended for document types excluded from ESIGN/UETA, including wills, codicils and testamentary trusts; certain family-law documents; court orders; foreclosure or eviction notices; and other categories specified by law.
• You are responsible for obtaining each signer's consent to sign electronically, for verifying signer identities, and for ensuring a given document and transaction may lawfully be signed electronically in the applicable jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for retaining executed documents as your brokerage's and jurisdiction's record-keeping rules require. EasyRealty lets you export completed contracts and their Certificate of Completion for this purpose.

Not Legal or Financial Advice

EasyRealty does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Contract templates, market figures, mortgage rates, flood-zone information, and reminders are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify all information with qualified professionals and authoritative sources, and consult a licensed attorney for legal questions about your transactions.

Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful real-estate business purposes and in compliance with your license obligations and applicable law.
• Do not use EasySign to obtain a signature through fraud, coercion, or impersonation, or on a document the signer has not agreed to sign.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App.

Subscriptions & Billing

EasyRealty offers a free trial and paid subscriptions — Pro ($19.99/month) and Team ($79.99/month) — billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signature, document, or record produced will satisfy a specific legal or regulatory requirement in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finn Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost transactions, or lost or corrupted data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
