By downloading, installing, or using Revivo ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Revivo is operated by Finn Digital LLC.
Revivo is a photo restoration and animation app. It uses generative AI to restore, colorize, and animate still photos you provide. Results are delivered for your personal use.
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and of any restored or animated outputs. By using Revivo, you grant Finn Digital LLC a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of processing your photos through our AI pipeline and storing your results on your behalf. We do not use your photos to train our models. We do not claim any rights to your images.
You agree that you will only upload photos for which you have the necessary rights, consent, or fair-use basis. Specifically, you will not upload or animate:
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules. If your content appears to have been uploaded without consent, email revivoapp@gmail.com with the subject "Takedown Request" — we commit to removal within 48 hours where a valid request is made.
Animated and enhanced outputs produced by Revivo are AI-generated. They may not perfectly reflect reality and may contain artifacts. When publishing any AI-generated animation of a real person, you agree to clearly disclose that the content was produced with generative AI.
Revivo offers auto-renewing subscriptions, a non-consumable lifetime unlock, and consumable in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.
Prices shown are the U.S. base price. Apple sets regional equivalents. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel any subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions at any time. Unused portions of a free trial (if any) are forfeited when you purchase.

REVIVO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that restored photos will match your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that AI output will be accurate or free of artifacts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Finn Digital LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos, inability to use the app, or any decision made based on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
